Craftmatic Beds distributes through Direct Sales Operations, Independent Distributors, and Licensees throughout the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Craftmatic beds are sometimes referred to as electric beds, hospital beds or elevation beds. They are sometimes searched for under the name Kraftmatic by mistake. They don’t make cheese.

Great massages in bed, well that is a good thing! I flip the mattress often to give us constant support and to help preserve them. I sleep well at night and the massage still works well on my back, legs and neck… This is the way to go in my book…

Avoid it. Like the plague. Within 2 days of sleeping on it, there was visible indentation in the mattress where my weight had been…They are refusing to refund me the cost, having successfully dragged the issue out for almost 3 years by not answering letters, not responding to calls, and generally prevaricating…
Not worth the money you are asked to pay. Trail period should be longer…I could kick myself for buying this bed. It is functional, however, it is not worth the money. For the price it should have included everything…
Mattress to thin, price to high, interest is excessive. My wife has had fusion on her lower back, I have sleep apnea, narcolepsy and RLS…We had hoped it would benefit both of us. It has possibly helped her with her back but done nothing for me…
Beds very overpriced. You can easily buy beds which are just as good if not better for a quarter the price.

If head and foot are raised I always finished up in a lump in the middle. No-one lies in one position all night which is what you would need to do in a craftmatic…
If you buy one of these through their sales people, you’ll probably end up eating it as you will have no money left…
Mattress appears not up to the job, sagged in sleeping position after 1 month of use, no better after turning…
Review Summary of The Craftmatic Adjustable Bed
The Craftmatic adjustable bed received an overall poor score. But like most sleep systems, everyone has a different opinion and experience. I do not think you can find any mattress that has not had complaints in one form or another. It does seem that you may want to stay away from their salespeople and find another resource to buy it from. Do research under electric beds, hospital beds or elevation beds for more options.
