Both Tempurpedic and Bragada beds use viscoelastic memory foam developed for NASA. Tempur pedic and Bragada beds relieve joint and neck pain, reducing tossing and turning while relieving painful pressure points. Memory foam mattresses have been beneficial to people with arthritis and people with allergies. Bragada and Tempurpedic are the only memory foam beds that have proven to guarantee health benefits through testing and doctor recommendations.
Bragada beds carry nine different sleep comfort levels. The sleep comfort levels range from nine inches to thirteen and a half inches. Bragada carries three different collections, the Classic, the Cashmere, and the Ultra Luxury. All have visco elastic memory foam developed for NASA. Bragada mattresses are priced significantly lower than the Swedish Tempurpedic mattresses. A Bragada mattress is also the only one that holds the Orthopedic Research Seal.
Tempurpedic is probably the most well known when it comes to memory foam. The Swedish mattress company went one step further and developed what they call Tempur material. Tempura mattresses are based on NASA’s developments but enhanced with a different formula and process. Tempura matresses have eleven different sleep comfort levels. The three collections are the Tempur, the Tempur HD and the Tempur Cloud. Tempurpedic is the only mattress recognized by NASA and certified by the Space foundation. The Swedish memory foam mattresses have also received the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval and is endorsed by the Arthritic Foundation. Tempur material tends to have a much higher density than other foam sleep systems, which is one reason Tempura mattresses prices are usually much higher. Mattress reviews are favorable for both, but Tempurpedic was recently rated number one by Consumer Reports.
While both Tempurpedic and Bragada beds carry virtually the same “type” of memory or elastic foam it really depends on the individuals comfort level and budget, prices vary between these elastic foam sleep systems a great deal. It is always recommended to try out foam mattresses for a trial period. Many people will find that they either love it or hate it. Bragada vs. Tempurpedic? You could try them in a side by side comparison and decide for yourself, but I believe that of the two mattress companies you will only find that Tempurpedic is available at local mattress stores. Bragada is only sold online as far as I can tell. Competition to Tempurpedic and Bragada in the foam bed market include Dormia/PostureTemp, Tempflow, Trueform, and Comforpedic by Simmons among others.
